I'm eating, how about you? Monday
Morning one and all
It's Monday, start of a new week and hopefully a new mindset. We'll see. I had planned to go and join the gym today, but have to wait for the FedEx and UPS guys to bring Gary's new camera equipment. They require signatures and it's expensive stuff, so I don't dare leave until they get here. Drat! Now I'm stuck in the house, but hopefully the projects I have planned will keep me from grazing.
Yesterday:
1 slice thin bacon, 1 slice double fiber bread, egg
1/4 of the chicken ruben sand from Sat's dinner
apple
vegetarian chili, 1 slice beer bread
applesauce w/ lf granola.
Okay, how's your day going to be?

Hi Susan,
I am recommitted to doing what I need to do and had a successful weekend to boot, no halloween candy, nor excessive amounts of carbs, I watched, made healthy choices and feel better for having done so. . .
B: WW roll-up with 2% American melt
S: Yogurt w/small piece of my WW banana nut bread
L: Italian Wedding Soup
S: Sugar free Rice pudding
D: Not sure yet, possibly, crustless pizza
S: Fruit

My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . . It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . . Laureen

Hi Connie,
According to my Fitday.com reports, over the last two months I've averaged 87 grams of protein a day. My doc/nut both say 60-80 a day, but I really strive for 80 being the LEAST amount I get in a day. Now that I have my plastics scheduled for January, I plan on increasing that to 80-100 a day.
