Spooky Sunday----- What's New?
Again, I'm sitting here without a newspaper. This time, I logged my complaint and the carrier called me, said he'd be out with a paper. And I'm still here without my paper. He said he had delivered it and wondered where it went. I think we have a paper thief. So he's going to throw it in the yard in front where my sliding door is. My neighbor has her paper everyday and noone steals hers (and she's sometimes gone for days). But mine is gone ... so don't know what's going on. I miss my Sunday paper.
Got pissed off at work last night ... I had done the page as asked and when the editor came out, he asked me to switch stories around. So I said OK, but you said to run this story here and that story there. He said no, so I showed him the proof. He asked why I would ask the question when it was on the list ... I said just to be sure, because sometimes people change their minds. Then he asked me to do something on another page that was really not what we usually do. It looked ugly, but I did it. Tonight's the last night of doing Monroe sports. Boy, am I happy.
Still feel crappy. Coughed a lot last night. I should get some cough medicine ... meant to do that last night on the way home but was just ticked off at work and wanted to get home. And this week, my days off are split because of the election (everyone is working Tuesday night). So I have Monday and Wednesday off.
Yeah, Margo, I like QVC, but I can't buy anything anymore. Watching the silver show now. Lots of goodies but no money to buy anything.
No trick or treaters here ... I'll be at work, and I think they trick or treated yesterday anyway.
Well, that's all from me. I have my protein coffee, need more water because I'm dry. I've been keeping a bottle of water on my nightstand lately because I've been coughing so much, I've been so dry.

i know i could have read any one of my gazillion books but if i start reading i will do NOTHING else so i opted to get online- where i eventually get tired -unless i go into genie mode-then forget it!!!
with michael planning to come "get his stuff" i feel pressure to clean more so i can know what's his and get it gathered up----
I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

Our trick or treaters came last night and while I usually have as much fun as the kids, getting dressed up and doling out candy like crazy, I didn't last night. I didn't get any candy at the store so kept the lights out.
Hope to hear something this week from Vermont, yes or no. Only two choices they have really! LOL!
Dehydrating some green peppers right now, and you can smell them all thru the house. Have another 3-4 trays to do after these are done. I love them in soups etc. I eat a lot of soup during the winter.

Hi Everyone,
Just a quick stop by. I got home from my trip in the wee hours on Wednesday. Took Wednesday off, worked Thursday and Friday. Erin and her three little girls arrived at 3pm on Friday for a short weekend.
Her husband is chest deep in football playoffs. He's a high school football coach so she's a "widow" this time of year. So they came to see us. I was tired to start off and am exhausted now. Tomorrow I have a guy coming to restretch our upstairs carpet. Seems like the extremes in temps in our bonus room have caused the problem or so he believes. It sure isn't from us using it a lot. Just gets used when the kids come home.
Then I'll have Tuesday off before being available to work the rest of the week. Hopefully I'll get rested up. Not much energy yet.
