Saw my WLS surgeon today......
Good job! I take my vitamins and calcium religiously, but for some reason, don't absorb very well and so every year, they increase something ... this year was the calcium. Now, I'm taking 1,500 of calcium daily. I'm also taking more Vitamin D than they recommend, but they're happy with those numbers.
For some reason, my protein is always a little low, even though I think I'm getting plenty of protein. Man, I start out with 30g of protein in my protein coffee.
My main problem in the past two years has been exercise (and you know this, too, because of your hip problem) because of the knee. Some day I'll get going again.
Keep it up, Connie. You're doing great.
