Morning one and all!

Yesterday was pretty good, I must say. Now if I could get motivated to go exercise I think things would be much better. I'm going to give it the old college try, and will try to get joined up at a nearby place this morning.

Yesterday:

mini bagel w/ WW cream cheese, roast beef
fiber one bar
lunch out w/friend. Ordered chicken lettuce wraps, ate 2 romaine leaves w/ chicken, then just the rest of the chicken
chicken picatta. few bites of rice, green beans
applesauce w/ LF granola

That's it folks. How about YOU??????

Same old coffee with protein powder for breakfast
Lunch we stopped at Wendy's and I got the baked chicken wrap.  I peel off most of the tortilla part.
around 5pm I had a protein bar and then around seven I ate 2 pieces of chicken strips out of a Sonic chicken sandwich.   I've increaded my protein intake about 20 gms / day and I am slowly dropping a pound here and there again.  Almost to goal!

Yeah, I need to up my protein too. I'd like to get 4-5 lbs off, and besides, I think my hair is thinning again, as well. Need to do something about that!

Good morning everyone

Yesterday I ate

B - sandwich round and protein drink
L - Ham on sandwich round with lite cheese and little mayo
D - Roasted Chicken on sandwich round with a little mayo
S - pear

went to choir practice got home late then couldn't sleep.  finally felt sleepy around 1:30 AM.  Still didn't fall asleep.  At 2:00 AM my tummy was grumbling so I ate some lite cheese and a few staceys pita chi[ps.  That's what happens when I can't sleep I get hungry when I have been awake and not eaten in 7 hours.  As a result I ate 1433 calories yesterday.  233 over what I am allowing myself.  Not good.  At least I am sleeping better in general, this used to be a nightly pattern.

Hi Susan,
Yesterday.
No breakfast.  Hubby gave me a sleeping pill the night before and I slept in.
L - Lean Cuisine Spicy Shrimp
S - grapes
S - applesauce
D - Lobster Carbonara - new menu item at Ruby Tuesdays.  Ate all the lobster and half of the peas/pasta.
S - mint brownie
