I'm eating, how about you? Thursday edition
Good golly, it's Thursday already?
I was so busy yesterday I had a bit of time for some soup for lunch (11:00) and then didn't eat again until I got home at 7:45, and that was just cottage cheese and applesauce. Of course I wasn't hungry, but knew I'd missed out on getting my calories to where it needs to be. Ended up under 1,000. Oh well.

greek yogurt w/ LF granola
albondigas
cottage cheese w/ applesauce
a couple of lattes, a protein coffee and 80 oz water.

B. Hot tea, Chicken soup (getting tired of it lol)
L. W.W. chocolate chip cookie
D. Sweet & Sour Chicken with a little Rice
I drank more ginger ale and hot tea all day along with some water. I feel better today and will go to work. Glad its the 1-5 shift. Tomorrow its the 830-5 shift and saturday its the 830-330 shift. Hopefully I can do it. I know I can...lol just hope this cold keeps going away!!! Did I mention I HATE colds?? LOL

Last night a friend invited us to diner at the country club. On Wednesday's they have "Wine and Dine for $9.99" . The portions were what all restaurants should serve all the time. I had a nice dinner and was satisfied but not stuffed and ate everything. I even ate dessert which I was worried about until I checked fitday.com and found that it contained only 175 caloriews. It was a small piece of apple streudel. The wine I gave to my friend and drank water. I finished the day just below 1100 calories. We closed the place down. By the time I got home I was tired and did not have a bedtime snack so my calories did not make it to 1200. I was down 1/2 pound this morning.
I ate
B - sandwich round and protein drink
L - Ham on sandwich round with light chees and a little mayo
D - Sirloin grilled about 3 oz.
mashed potatoes 1/2 cup or less
fresh carrots (very good)
apple streudel
decaf coffee
water
