Reflecting on love and acceptance
I often think I'm not doing enough with my life. I paint, I golf, I dabble, but is that enough?

Nobody can answer the question posed by Abby but ourselves. The point is, are we content? If we hesitate even a moment before replying, perhaps we need to reconsider how we're spending our time.
The solution to fulfillment is simple: Express only love to the others in our lives. It's not what we do, ever, but how we do it. If focusing on giving only love and acceptance to others gives us pleasure, could we want for anything more?
There is nothing anyone can do that's more important than helping another person feel loved or forgiven, if that's called for. Whether we are working or merely at play, our opportunities are unending. We'll know we have done enough if we have welcomed them.
Today I can offer love to someone quite easily. Both of us will be rewarded.

Hey Laureen
Just wanted you to know that although I do not always respond I do read you post and look forward to them. I just don't always have the time to post. each morning I go to fitday.com to journal my food then to everydayhealth.com to read a forum there where I resopnd and on Friday's post my weight and to OFF where I post on Susan thread, read the what's new and your post. It amazes me how much time that takes but, if I don't do this everyday I am more likely to go off plan. Again thanks for the post it helps keep me focused.
Miss ya

Linda,
Thank you for taking the time to say that you enjoy the posts.
I wanted to contribute to OH in a positive way and thought that these readings, which I get daily from a site that I signed up for a couple of years back, might benefit more people, as I know that very often they come right on time for something I might be grappling with. I am thrilled with the response and truly don't expect responses, though it is always nice to hear that people are enjoying them and I do think some of the topics might be good discussion points and so if someone wants to share something on how it relates to themselves, that is great, otherwise, they are simply being shared for the purpose of promoting positive thought processes and I figure since we are all grown ups here, is someone does not like it or finds it does not apply, they they can let it fly.
Miss you and the Sistahs!
Hugs, Laureen
