Sorry ladies but they aren't available here. The only chewables are the Centrum for kids and they don't have anything like what I need to be taking.

I have contacted Centrum here in Australia and they have no plans to introduce them here.

My surgeon has me taking Flintstones Chewable with Iron, three times a day. Or you could go to Bariatric Advantage or Vitalady on line and see what they have and if you can have them shipped.

Have you tried looking into online sites that are geared towards Bariatric patients. . . I know here in the states there are plenty, not sure if they would deliver to you down under, but just a suggestion. Trying to help you find a way to solve your problem. . .

Jules....my doctor also has me on Flinstones Complete Chewables. After three years I still haven't had any problems with my numbers!!

The Flinstones...are they kids multivits? Is that why you have 3 a day?

Yes, Flintones Complete Children's Daily Chewables. Three a day, because we don't absorb everything we ingest. Plus the fact that they're kids' vitamins, and may not have everything adults need in one chewable.

Make sure you get the "complete", as they have the iron that we need.

I take Optisource vits. They can be ordered from Walgreen Drug store. I guess they will ship to Australia.
