Good gracious morining one and all!

Nothing new and exciting here, managing to stay on track yesterday so I'm not tempting fate by saying much...lol

bagel thin w/ WW cream cheese, deli roast beef
honey crisp apple
last of the chicken paprikish and noodles
albondigas
1/3 c LF granola to munch on

lots of water, lattes and such. Hope you all have a grand day!

Yesterday:
Activia Light
2 sausage links, 1 scoop cheesy potatoes, 1 egg
1/2 orange...threw rest away, was satisfied
1/2 chicken salad...left rest, was satisfied
banana with 1 T PB
apple
came home and hubby made homemade oatmeal raisin cookies, had 1 gone before I knew it!
Gotta pay attention to my Mindful Eating
small bowl homemade  chicken noodle soup with lots of veggies in it.

Came home from swim class: tired, empty, and thirsty.

Ate chicken, broccoli & brown rice.
Two hours later and still felt empty so I had cottage cheese, fruit & Kashi.
Slept like a log!

Morning Susan! Well I am feeling a bit better today and I did call off work yesterday so I could rest. I am off today and I plan on resting again all day again. Didn't do bad yesterday on my eating so here is what I had...

B. Hot tea, ham and cheese sandwich

L. Vegetable beef soup with a few crackers

D. Chicken with a few fries

Had some ginger ale throughout the day and also hot tea. Also drank some water. Slept off and on.

Good day to all

Yesterday I had

B - Quaker oatmeal squares
L - Low fat ham on sandwich round with lite chees and little mayo
S - light cheese
D - oven roasted chicken on sandwich round with little mayo
S - staceys simply naked pita chips (10) yes I count them...and lite cheese

Had a lot of cheese yesterday but I dropped 1/2 a pound anyway.

Tonight hubby and I are eating out with friends.  Must be mindful of my menu choices.
I am on track and plan to stay there.
