I'm eating, how about you? Tuesday edition
Yesterday:
very small piece of coffee cake
Atkins shake with decaf coffee mixed together (my make-believe latte)
Honey crisp apple
Small bowel of chicken noodle soup with 8 saltine crackers and 2 pats of butter
Lindt mint truffle
Banana before gym work out
Banana after gym work out
3 oz chicken, 2 T. mashed potatoes
2 handfuls of carmel corn (hey I'm supporting the boyscouts on that one, it's gone now!)
Today will be better, I will make better choices!

L: spinach, chicken cutlet with roasted pepper and mozzarella
S: None
D: Egg beater Omlet, spinach, goat cheese, onion/garlic peppers, turkey bacon, cornbread
S: Root beer float made with diet RB and Friendly's sugar free vanilla bean ice cream (1/2 cup)
Hmmm, getting back to the business of right choices
B: a bit of egg beater omlet, spinach, goat cheese, onion/garlic, peppers, turkey bacon
S: cheese/proscuiotto
L: Crustless pizza
S: maybe popcorn
D: Chicken, sweet potato and string beans
S: fruit
B: Cheese/proscuiotto

Morning Susan...well here is what I remember eating yesterday..
B. hot tea, ham and cheese sandwich
L. Beef Hot Dog no bun
D. Chicken Noodle Soup a few crackers
had more hot tea during the day then some ginger ale last night finally the sore throat went away!! now if the rest of this darn cold would leave me!! I called work to let them know I am not coming in today. Its bed for me soon as I get off here!
Good Morning friends
Yesterday was a busy out of the house day. Got badly needed manicure and quick pedicure, then went to the mall and got my ears repierced. I followed this with a trip to the grocery store and other errands. Got home just in time to change and run to chorale rehearsal. All this to say that yesterday was a fast food day. I still stayed in my calorie range but don't like the fat grams .
B - banana and protein drink
L- Mc donalds filet O fish no cheese
D - whopper Jr. no cheese
S- still up at midnight so had a honey crisp apple
Today is a stay at home clean and do laundry day. Since I shopped yesterday I will make good choices today.
