No Cancer
Hi All,
I promised to let you know when I got the results from my latest MRI. I just got a call from my oncologist in SF and he said the report on my last MRI (last Wednesday) says that there is no evidence of cancer in my back. That is the first time that the Stockton reading has said no cancer- now my SF radiologists will read the films to make sure again- they are the experts so their word is GOD to me. This is the last hurdle- as soon as they say no cancer AGAIN- I can get the cortisone shot or shots and I will go back to work. I can work even without the shots, but it would be nice to not be in extreme pain later in the day.
I still have to get an official doctor's note in order to return to work. I have been there quite a few times (and did work) but they were only "visits" officially. It looks like I will get the paperwork done to go back by mid-November if not sooner. Thank you all so much for your support through this mess. I really do appreciate all of you!
