Whatcha eatin'? TGIF

howdeeee

still eating real lite after my experience tuesday and wednesday with being
sick.  the up side is i dropped a few pounds.
the down side is i need to plan carefully for eating over the weekend, cause
for the first time in ages i really have no plans.  yuck on that.

anyway today

lowfat yogurt, small protein bar

soup, and a protein bar

lots of fluids, coffee with milk, water, diet ginger ale (flat)

not sure about dinner, im starting to feel hungry but still kinda afraid to eat anything too solid
