I'm eating, how about you? Thursday edition
My ENT has told me I have a narrow throat. I joked when she said that saying I sure did manage to get food down alright. I feel the pills going all the way down. Those I had to break in half feel like they are scratching on the way down. Then they sit at my band making me feel uncomfortable for about an hour. Two days ago I gagged two of them back up. It's a process that is just a pain. But the pills are my vitamins, calcium, D3 and Nexium so they are necessary.

Why don't you look into getting vitamins, calcium, and D3's that are chewable. I take Centrum Silver vitamins that are chewable. I buy chewable calcium from vitalady..bariatric advantage ones..my D3's are chewable gummies from Walmart and I take prevacid solutabs (which is like Nexium) only you put it on your tongue and let it dissolve..taste like strawberries. Maybe that would help you to take them without the discomfort.

I usually write everything I eat in a notebook so the next day I can post here. I haven't done that in a couple of days so I have to rely on my memory......not good.
Yesterday I had......I think
Breakfast - protein drink
Lunch - Ovenroasted chicken on white wheat bread.
S - Stacey's simply naked pita chips
D - left over pasta and meat sauce
S - peanut butter and SF jelly mixed eaten with spoon
I have not weighed because I have had so much edema but my leg looks more normal today so tomorrow I will weigh and see if I did any damage this last week of not journaling as I should.
