Yes, I typed the vowels just the way they appeared.  Might have been a family name but I choose to believe it was a wonderful joke.

I just chuckled at it and thought, "Somebody doesn't know how to spell!" Or maybe it was a joke by the Secretary of State's office on the "editor" in question.
