Gobble, gobble - it's Monday, what are you up to?
Hi Margaret and all my OFF friends,
Happy Thanksgiving. Hubby and I wrecked our car in Niagara Falls on the Canada side on the Saturday before Thanksgiving in 1999 (or our Columbus Day). It was a mess trying to find someone open to rent us a truck and a car trailer to get it home. We had a great time anyway. The place we stayed had the best frozen mudslides.
My "cousins weekend" was fantastic. We had such a good time catching up with each other. It was nice seeing Old Sturbridge Village again. It was a wildlife weekend for sure. On the entrance ramp to Rt. 84 at the beginning of our trip, a bobcat crossed the road in front of us! The house we rented was on Hamilton Reservoir in Holland, MA and while we were lazing away Sunday morning talking, we looked out the window to see an Eagle swooping down for a fish. Amazing!
No scouts tonite. Most parents take the kids away for the long weekend so we don't get many who show up.
I'll probably help my sis-in-law set up some programs on her new laptop tomorrow night.
I'm getting a flu shot tomorrow.
Connie, prayers being said for your nephew. Nan, enjoy that son of yours while he is home. Eileen, I hope you find someone good to talk to that you connect with.

Im trying out my cousins new computer!!!! Not sure if I like well enough to go out and buy one. I am looking for a new one!!!!!
I am heading up the Northland to unknown areas to roam around in on a Jet Plane on Wednesday. I cant wai. I cant say where I am going but will disclose later.
Carl is still in Chicago and I still dont know for how long.
