Are we eating?
Well, a couple of us are, but that's about it. It's okay, we're a sturdy bunch!!!
Yesterday was Football Sunday. I made a huge pot of vegetarian chili for the family to have for the game, a loaf of beer bread to go with it. Yummmmmmm
last of the leftover enchilada casserole
1/2 Ruben sandwich w/ 12 french fries
chili w/ shredded cheese, beer bread
applesauce w/ LF granola
Cooking up a storm today to get things in the fridge for the week.

Here I am rushing to get posted and to the cleaners before 8:45 so I can have my clothes back this evening and make it to the gym by 9:00.
I found a wonderful site for nutritional information. It is dailyburn.com I use fitday but they only have nut. info for fast food chains. dailyburn has most retaurants. they even had the cafe express that is not that big of a chain. Olive garden's site does not give info except for a few of their healthier dishes. dailyburn has the entire menu. I haven't had time to really search it but so far they have had everything I wanted. I write it down then go over to fitday to record it since I have a lot of custom food there already. Check it out.

B - toasted sandwich round
S - protein drink
L- grilled chicken breast with 1TBS pesto sauce
D - Hummus and pita. Ordered Chicken Adana Kebab but it was too spicy for me to eat.
Went to church and a play so no exercise today unless you count the tumble I took going up the stairs in the theater.

Weird eating day yesterday. Spent with the adorable M&M's.
They fed me!
2 ritz crackers with funky canned/spray cheese. too salty
Mr M. fed me a bite or two of his cheese stick. He'd take a bite & shove a bite in my mouth.
2 bites of Miss M.'s pepperoni, hand fed of course.
The rest of the day was spent drinking gallons of water. They made me thirsty from their snacks.
Out of my everyday rut, but oh how we laughed.
