Good morning one and all!

I'm still paddling along, thankfully I'm just hovering below my "freak-out" number on the scale, but each day I'm surprised and grateful that I'm still below it. My eating isn't so bad, but I just wish I had the motivation to get moving, as I know it would be the best thing for me. Oh well, same song, different verse!

Yesterday:

light english muffin w/ WW cream cheese and deli roast beef
Healthy Choice roast turkey and green beans
applesauce w/ cottage cheese
chef salad, sliced French bread
applesauce w/ LF granola

Okay ladies, I'm off to get ready for work. Hope you all have a safe day sailing these waters together!

Breakfast was coffee and protein powder.
Plan on some soup for lunch
protein bar for a snack
Haven't decided on what to concoct for supper yet.

yesterday was protein coffee
protein bar
1/2 c soup
a few wheat thins
20z steak, a bite of baked potato, a spoon of mixed veggies
6 chips with melted 2%cheese

D-2 brats....at a BBQ...no bun and no chips!!

You can eat 2 brats? I know you didn't have anything else with them, but they're waaaaaaaay to dense for me to eat more than 1/2 of one. Or, maybe I don't like them as much as you....lol

Over slept this morning and been on the go ever since then. Fun time though.

B - cottage cheese, blackberries, Kashi
L - salad & chicken
D - pork roast & veggie
S - apple & pb

Hey gals

i have been out at a State Park all day so I am posting very late.  In fact I could post Friday and Saturday since I have eaten already.  But I won't.

Friday

Breakfast - toasted sandwich round.  I think I put a little peanut butter on it
Snack - Protein drink
Lunch - 1/2 lean ham sandwich
dinner - Filet Mignon grilled simply with green beans
Snack - pear
