Morning Crew!

Yesterday was a great day, food wise and all.  Busy at work, stayed busy after I watched the Razorback game, so I didn't go on a food hunt. I've pretty much gotten rid of most of the "snack" type foods, so there isn't much to tempt me anyway.

lite english muffin w/ WW cream cheese and deli chicken
pb&j on double fiber bread
applesauce and cottage cheese
steak and veggie quesidilla w/ 2% cheese on a Carb Balance tortilla

applesaue w/ LF granols

80+ oz fluids, protein coffee and 3 SF FF lattes

Okay....

Started the day at Parkland Hospital's cafeteria....

Told the nice little Chinese lady I wanted a scrambled egg, 2 pieces of bacon and a biscuit. I 'got' a scrambled egg, a sausage link, and a biscuit slathered in gravy. Tasty but more calories than I wanted.

Then.. to Starbucks for an iced coffee.. while I was getting my NEW iPhone. I have no clue how to use it but I look pretty impressive.

But home now.. and had two pork tamales and 4 corn tortillas.

I'm done. Except probably another trip to MY $4.

P.S. I wasn't done. Another iced coffee and two pieces of Pepperidge Farm thin sliced toast with no sugar added fig spread. Feel like throwing up now. I've sufficiently screwed up with that.. so I think I'm done now.. again.

I left for church before the post was started and just got home.  After church we went to the museum district to  cafe express a restaurant inside the Museum of Fine Art.  They have wonderful and several menu items that are healthy.  then on to a musical after which we headed home and on the way stoped at  a Turkish restaurant.  I had discovered that you can find simple healthy food on most menus.  They just don't sound as appetising as the dishes with the cream sauces or cheeses on them.

Yesterday I ate

B - sandwich round toasted
S - protein drink
L - hamburger
D - soup
S - plum

spent yesterday at a state park and walked at least 4 miles.  One 2 mile circle trail that had an offshoot that split it down the middle and then backtracked.  That added at least a mile and probably more.  So I got my cardio yesterday.  Afraid today I sat mostly.

Will check in tomorrow
