borrowing from our MIA monica-
got off work at 4 was home by 445-----got home very tired and hungry-grabbed a box of mac and cheese --i KNOW it was wrong-don't flame me!!!!!!!!! anyhow micro'd it and sat to eat- i have always eaten FAST--well last nite i ate TOO FAST which , of course, allowed me to eat TOO MUCH....by 540 pm i was in bed and down for the count-ouch ouch ouch...
i lived to tell about it but wouldn't ya think that after more than 6 years, i would learn to eat slower?????????????????????????

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

I know what you mean about doing things too fast. I usually have a bottle of water by my bed for during the night. I think it would have been a couple of nights after I got home from surgery I got up, went to the loo and then took a swig of water....a big swig of water.....
I now have a glass of water beside my bed.
It's nice to know that in 6 years time the reminder is still there!

I can relate, but when I eat too fast and too much I end up throwing up rather than hurting. Hope you're feeling better, which I'm sure you are. Hope the pasta I'm going to eat at my Cousin's for dinner tonight doesn't throw me for a loop tonight. I'll be careful tho and eat slowly. Hopefully she'll have salad so I can fill up on that. I'm maintaining, but fluxuating up and down by three pounds. When I go up the three pounds, I buckle down and lose it again. I wish I could buckle down and lose 13 pounds so I'd hit my goal, but... I'll keep trying and hopefully 5 years from now my tool will still be working!
