Good morning everyone,

Today is my Monday, so that should mean a new begining? Probably not. I really, really, really, really have to get my butt moving and start doing some sort of exercise. I say that with great resolve and will still be sitting here in an hour before I start getting ready for work. Sigh. Somethings never change, do they?

Eating? Not too bad

Yesterday:
lite english muffin w/ WW cream cheese and deli roast beef
salad w/ chicken, walnuts and feta
fiber bar
talipia, sweetpotato, broccoli

Yup, that's pretty much it.

I'm cleaning out the fridge, just eating what's in there....

Unfortunately, I seem to be trying to do it all in one day.

Good morning everyone

I don't seem to have my list in front of me and I am too lazy to get up out of this recliner to get it so hope my memory is intact

Yeterday I had

Breakfast -Toasted nature's own sandwich round
Snack -    Protein drink
Lunch -    Protein bar while being infused
Snack -    bosc pear
Dinner -   Oven roasted chicken on sandwich round with Tbs of Guacamole and FF sourcream
Was up late and got hungry so had another sandwich round and a cheese stick.  Total calories
1192  was afraid it be over my 1200 but it wasn't so I ate it.

Anxiety is making waves and I'm ready to fall off the boat.

Lots of a few bites here and there. Not bad choices, just not enough during the day and wanting to piece in the evening.

My therapist was on vacation. Thank goodness she will be back on Thursday so we can talk through the anxiety.

Good morning Captain Susan....I am still afloat ....

Yesterday....

B-Boost High Protein Drink
L- chicken salad
D-Homemade Chicken and Vegetable Soup....lots of chicken in it for protein
S-chicken soup...again

My doctor doesn't want us eating soup. I decided as long as I get in my protein and veggies I am having some anyway. I have had this lousy cold off and on for weeks. I need my chicken soup!!!! I will be eating it most of the week I am sure.

Hey Connie,

As far out as you are the liquid probably just scoots through your pouch leaving room for the solids in the soup. I wouldn't worry about it. Just do whatever you need to do to feel better
