Well, no chocolate yesterday, only sweets I had was a fortune cookie, so yes, it was a much better day!

We did go for our Five Guys hamburger and fries. I cut the burger in half and nearly couldn't finish that. We split an order of fries and I think I had about 10 or 12. Not a bad thing when put into perspecitve


Yesterday:

bkfst----nothing, knowing we were going to Five Guys
Lunch---see above
snack:  1/2 pb&j on double fiber bread, SF jelly
dinner:  out with the kids, Vietnamise Pho (a beef and noodle soup). I'll be eating it for the next three days!

snack?  nope

Was unable to post yesterday but Saturday I stayed on Track
Yesterday I was on the road with DH and had to eat fast food but still stayed within my calories but a little more fat that I would like

B- Nature's own sandwich round s/f jelly
S- protein drink
L - sonic junior burger
S-apple
D - Taco bell soft taco and pintos and cheese

I am back home and going to Embody my health club when I finish posting.
then off to Methodist Hosp. for my 7th of 8 iron infusions

Yesterday.....

B-Boost and 2 pieces of breakfast sausage
L-immatation crab salad and 4 wheat crackers
D-chicken and mixed veggies
S-popcorn....oops

L - green beans, small salad & sliced deli ham
D - cottage cheese, green beans, on meat sauce
S - I made a SF banana/pumpkin pudding - odd combination but rather interesting
