i just used Soy Milk - have YOU???

i tried the SILK Unsweetened Soy Milk - if YOU have used this before to make Your Protein Shakes TELL ME...  is it always so CREAMY? wow! i thought maybe i hadnt let it sit long enough after shaking it up and maybe i was sipping the FOAM but when i took the top off my blender bottle there was No Foam... just the Creamiest Shake ive EVER Had...! and on top of that - it Tastes GREAT...!!!

           Start Weight 275 - im 52yrs Old - 5'7"

Lileee...I used to Silk Soy milk and liked it very much.

My doctor doesn't allow us to have milk...he says it is too many extra calories and not enough of what we need. I don't get that as milk was always supposed to be good for you. I may have to change my ways!!

I was told that Whey protein was the one that stuck with us and was best so I've not used soy.  Anyone else hear that?

When it comes to protein supplements, yes, whey is the way to go. Soy milk is dairy free, so no lactose for those who are sensitive or vegetarian/vegan.

Okay, I thought that was what I was told.  Soy is for lactose intolerant but isn't your daily supplement of protein.
