Rowing, sailing, and just paddling along. What's on your plate?

Good golly good morning!

We're going out for brunch with friends today, so it's a breakfast free day for me. Saving myself for the nice meal with great friends.

Yesterday was pretty easy:

light english muffin w/ WW cream cheese and deli ham
healthy choice garlic chicken
1/2 pb&j
baked potato w/ Wendy's chili
watermelon

cut down on my lattes, but still got my water in!

Good Morning

Well, I got on the scale this morning and I'm down a couple of more pounds.  I can only imagine the success I'd be having if I was sticking better to the program......

Yesterday:

protein coffee
vegetable soup
chicken enchilada bake
cherry tomatoes
apple
sausage and wild rice soup
a big bunch of grapes
protein coffee
turkey and swiss on 100 cal whole grain
2 prunes
2 tbsp trail mix

It's a wonder I have time to do anything else, with all the eating I do.....Sigh...

Thank you, Susan, for making me accountable.

Thinking about 'what could have been" doesn't change anything. Thinking about your successes does!

Looks like a great day, Linda. Don't you love those sandwich thins?  Have you seen the bagel thins? They're really good too

I do like them.  they have a good texture.  I don't like hard bread so a lot of whoe grain breads are to dry for me.  I normally use nature's own white wheat.  I picked up the multigrain sandwich thins to try and when I compared the label to the white wheat they were almost the same.  the white wheat had more protein or fiber I can't remember which.  But the thins would be really good for a turkey burger.

Yesterday I ate
B - sandwich thin toasted w/ peanut butter
L - Habachi beef tenderloin and shrimp ( at a Japanese Steak house)
D - Protein bar
S- sandwich thin ( couldn't sleep got hungry around midnight)
