One Year Anniversary

Sept. 18 made one year since my surgery and this morning I hit 100 lbs,. lost. I'm below the goal the dr. set for me and I am feeling great where I am. On my anniversary I was on vacation with my family and for the first time I was able to walk everywhere they went and climb stairs without huffing and puffing. It was probably one of the best times I've had. It was also the reason I decided to have surgery. I would go on a trip and miss most of the activities because I just didn't have the energy to move. I am so happy I made this decision and want to thank those of you who were so supported while I went through this journey.

And it only gets better and better. I'm 14 months out now, and enjoying every minute. I can do everything I want to do now. You'll keep being amazed. I'm so busy now, I don't even have time to frequent OH anymore. I miss everyone and see a lot of new names on here. Hope everyone is doing well.
