1 more sleep to go until surgery
Well this will be my last post for a few days. This time tomorrow I will be nearly ready to go into theatre. I will have a laptop with me as I am in for 7 days with open surgery so no doubt I will log on at some stage and say hi, I am still alive! 
I feel so organised, like i am just going to sit and wait for the next 24 hours to pass. I did all my ironing last night. Nothing to do. I am going to head out to the shops to get a set of ear plugs for my ipod shortly. As I write this my stomach is going 10 to the dozen.
My friend who was going to take me to hospital is really sick with the flu. Had to ring around. Hubby wants to take me but I don't want him to. Sound strange? I said I want to see him when I wake up and believe me he is better keeping busy at work and knocking off early to come to the hospital.
Just remembered, I do have something to do. Create a list of people he needs to ring and let know how the surgery went.
So ladies, thank you all very much for the information you have shared over the past few weeks. It has been very much appreciated.
