Good morining!!

I actually slept later than 4:00, so this will be a quickie. Hope you all have a great day on smooth waters.


bkfst burrito
1/2 tuna sand on double fiber bread
1/2 pork chop, basmati rice
cantaloupe w/ cottage cheese
posole, 4 saltines

80+ oz water, protein coffee and 4 FF SF lattes (I know, I'm bad)

If the lattes are ff and sf, doesn't that just make them coffee and milk?  How could that  be bad?  Unless you're talking about the coffee being bad for you.  In which case I'm very bad.  I drink it all day...

Yesterday:

cottage cheese and 1/2 nectarine
beef stew
sf jello and cottage cheese
cherry tomatoes
vegetable soup
pear
meatloaf with 1/4 sweet potato
3 prunes
100 cal Skinny Cow frozen truffle bar

I'm cutting way back on my portion sizes, but I then always seem to be hungry.  Woke this morning at 5 am (Did you know the sun isn't even up then???  I didn't know that....), because I was hungry.  I'm eating often, but I suppose I should figure out my calories.  A lot of what I eat is veggies and fat free and sugar free.  Hmmm.  Gonna try to keep track of calories a little better.

I have started posting everything I eat on fitday.com and although it takes me a little while It keeps me focused.  It is a free site and you can use their calorie counter or create custom foods.  If I eat something at home I create a custom food from the label and save it so each time I eat that food I have accurate counts.  If I eat out I use their food list and get as close as I can.  Since I starteed doing this every day I have started to loose a little.  I have regained more than I want to and now am fighting to get it off plus what I still wanted to loose before the regain.  I will do this.  They also have forums on fitday.com.  I did not notice this until a couple of days ago. The food log also shows you in a pie graph how much of your clarories are fat/protein/carbs.  If I find I have had too much fat percentage of calories eaten I grab a protien drink and even it up a bit.  You might want to check it out.  Sounds like you need to eat more.  Good luck.  There's nothing worse than being hungry all the time.

Hi!

Still trying to get back on track.  I think the new medicine is making me hungry.  I read that it can cause weight gain.  Now I am afraid to take it.

B- deviled eggs
S- cherries
L- cottage cheese and pineapple
S- string cheese and ham
D- Beef and cheese rollups, a few more cherries
S-Sugar Free Popscicle  and WHEAT AND HONEY PRETZELS.  I can't wait until the bag is gone

L-steak stir fry (leftovers)
D-roast beef w/ baby carrots and onions
S-few crackers with my meds

Thanks for doing this everyday Susan....helps keep me aware and on top of what I am eating!!
