OT: A Bra that Fits

I have all this loose skin under my arms and it hangs out of the sides of my bra and looks terrible under clothes.  I know nothing will work as well as surgery but does anyone know of a good bra with lots of side support?

Barb, I've found that Lane Bryant's Cacique bras work best for me.  I have the same problem.
