it's monday- what's new?
Good morning Margo and everyone...
Margo...sorry about the car troubles...a battery isn't too hard to replace...you will be back in the Margomobile before long!
Nothing exciting happening here...MONDAY...busy work day as always. I just wanted to check in as I didn't get here yesterday.

Hi Margo and my OFF family:
More worries about Scooter ... he's drenching the litter box through two liners (the box under the liners ... not good); plus now he's pooping outside the box. I came home to a big pile of poop by the box last night, plus this morning there was a little pile of dark chocolately runny poop by the box. So back to the vet we go today; he's going to run the thyroid test. I really feel it's either that or chronic renal failure. For a couple days last week, he wasn't pooping at all, then there was just a few little poops in the box. And now this. I have a feeling I will be saying goodbye to my dear friend soon. And I'm not really ready for that ... it's too quick. I know he's 16, and that's a really good life for a cat, but I don't know what I'll do without him.
I, for one, was happy the Cowboys lost ... because that meant the Bears won. At least my football team is doing well. My baseball team is horrible at the end. There were such high hopes in the middle of the season, then all of a sudden, poof! It all vanished.
I made deadline three days in a row ... well, yesterday I should because it was pretty easy. Now I have two days off. I'm pretty tired so I don't plan to do much. One of these days I'll get out and do something.

Margo, it's good that you get the battery now rather than have this problem in the dead of winter. And just in case Michael gets to you, there was a good article on Yahoo about whether you should get back together - yahoo.match.com/y/article.aspx. Stay strong.
Not much new with me except I'm feeling tired and lethargic. This might be because I'm experiencing some Insomnia.
Went to my BIL and SIL house for dinner last night and it was nice. Got to see our nephew's year old twins. Sooo cute.
Cub scout meeting tonite. Fall calendar is filling up. Going to my cousins weekend on Oct. 8. Can't wait. A three day weekend with seven of my closest female cousins and sisters. We've rented a cottage on a lake in Holland, MA near Old Sturbridge, MA.
I have an appt. with my bariatric surgeon next week. My bi-annual check up.
Our ISO audit is over and my boss took today and tomorrow off so the office is quiet.

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.
