Morning one and all.

I went to bed at 9:00 last night to keep from grazing more. I threw away the rest of my sugar free caramels, eventhough they're sugar free, I've got to get a grip on these sweet cravings!!!!  About 2-3 weeks ago a client brought in a bag of Heath mini (halloween size) candy bars. It appears that I was the only one that liked them, and yesterday, ate the last one. Yes.....looks like I ate an entire BAG of candy. Today is a new day. Candy is either gone or in the trash and I'll be super busy, so maybe it will keep my mind off of it. Yeah, right......

crustless pizza, lite english muffin
greek yogurt, lf granola
crustless pizza
cottage cheese, cantaloupe
leftover chili
ritz crackers
lf granola
1/2 sugar cookie

Ahoy Susan....today is a new day....I hope I eat better today!!

B-Boost High Protein Drink
L-2 tacos from Taco Bell
D-cheese and one small beef stick (in the car)
S-popcorn

Didn't eat the best....just ate on the run. I was in bed  sound asleep at 9:00....for me on a Friday night that is a miracle!!

Good morning Susan & crew,

B- cottage cgeese, berries, Kashi
Nothing different planned for today - chicken & broccoli instead of green beans is the only different item.

A trip to the gym this morning. I feel super fat with missing work outs last week. Sluggish too.
