i thought that was pretty COOL...!!! it was from My Surgeon's Office and they told me that they received my Blood Work back and everything looked GREAT except my Vitamin B-1 was High so i should stop taking the B - Complex Vitamins ive been taking for years and my Vitamin - D was Low so i have to take 1000 IU's Twice a Day... thats probably because i hate being out in the Sun... but im fine with that! just wanted to pop in and let you know what happened... im going in on October 1st to see the Dietician... and hopefully i have NOT gained One Pound...!

Most people's Vitamin D is low because even if you're out in the sun a lot, most people slather on the sun screen. Or at least I do because I'm so fair. And it's too hot in Louisiana to sit outside. When I was in Michigan, the excuse was the sun wasn't out enough in the winter and it was too cold; now it's too hot. And buggy. Always something. Good thing your doc is checking up on you. They didn't really check Vit D levels until a few years ago; I just started taking Vit D three years ago.
