Good morning crew!  Sorry I was AWOL yesterday, and thank you Connie for keeping our oars in the water. What started out as a quick call to customer support for my cell phone rapidly went down hill and straight to hell. Kind of threw off the whole day, but that's life

Here's the day:

lite english muffin w/ WW cream cheese, couple slices deli turkey
peanut butter cookie
taco bell pintos, innerds from the fresco grilled soft taco
big salad with chicken and veggies
watermelon

all and all not a bad day. So???? How is your plan going?  You DO have a plan, don't you?

And lots more water than yesterday.

Okay, I have a plan....kinda of but promise to make good choices today. Stress eating..sigh...my life forever...

B: Atkins shake...my tummy's not right this morning
S: honey crisp apple
L: going out to lunch with boss, will probably have prime rib
D: salad with chicken in it

Hi Susan:

Yes, there is a plan and it's not going well.  Too much improvising if you know what I mean.  Also,  I have been meaning to come back for a long time and keep getting sidetracked.   But there is really no excuse; regardless of how stressful the new job is, my FIRST priority needs to be staying on track.

Here is today's plan:

B- Oatmeal with milk and wheat germ
S - Detour lower sugar protein bar
L- 2 oz roast pork loin, mixed greens and honey mustard dressing (Eating it now)
S- 1 pear
D- More roast pork, steamed broccoli and carrots
S- Low carb yogurt

Good evening Susan....7:15 PM and I am finally here!!

Had a family emergency....will talk about it tomorrow...too exhausted now!!

Yesterday...

B-Boost High Protein Drink
L-chili w/cheese (Wendy's)
D-small taco salad
S-peach and SF pudding
