Julia, Great news! So happy for you. Sink those toes into the sand at 7 Mile Beach and have a great time. I didn't do the stingrays because it was before my WLS and you understand the part about getting into a swimsuit. But I did hold a sea turtle at the turtle farm and I went to "Hell". LOL.
So glad you'll be with us for a looonnnggg time.

Ho ho Bev- I went to Hell last time too- took lots of cinder pictures and stood next to the "devil" for a shot. About the swimsuit- I am going to wear one with shorts, but it won't be pretty. I'm not all the way down with my weigh so my legs are still thick and also candle-like (melty?). You know! And I have those skin rolls too. I don't care... I want to have fun. I know that I will LOVE, LOVE , LOVE the stingrays, turtles and dolphins. No one cares that I am not a swimsuit model. My face will be glowing...

Screw 'em! They don't have to look if the sight of excess skin OFFENDS them. I never have the nerve to actually say that to someone but it's how I feel these days. I spent way too much time worrying about what people thought. It kept me from enjoying life. No more. . . and don't you dare do that either. Have the time of your life, plunge right in knowing that we are all here cheering you on from the shore!!!

I DO know you Jane! You don't post enough- but you always have something interesting to say when you do pop up! I was in Stockton yesterday for a while. You should see how it has grown! I was on Hammer Lane- lots of shopping! Thanks so much for your good wishes!

I am so so glad that your tests came back without cancer. Have a wonderful trip!!!!! I to am traveling on September 30th to Chicago for a few days. Carla
