Good mornin', ya'll.
It is shaping up to be a lovely Tuesday!! The sun is out and we have a nice little breeze.
I sure am glad to have our son back. Our DIL bought him a new super-dooper grill while he was gone. He has been trying out all the great things and we all get to share his experiments. Had a great rotissaried roast the other day. Last night was fantastic Korean ribs. He has been doing meats, veggies and all kinds of things. I need to find him a desert recipe of some kind. We missed an entire summer he could have been feeding us!!
This morning is my first PT since I got my new shoulder. I KNOW that's gonna hurt. It is an evaluation. Which means she/he will be manipulating and moving and hurting me! BUT, I'm OK with that. Cause that means I'll be getting more exercises to do and I'll be on the way to getting my ROM back and the pain GONE!!! Next goal - a new left hip. Isn't medical technology wonderful? I slept about 2 hours in bed last night. Not OUR bed, but one of the guest beds. I have to sleep on my right side, and I wanna be able to face out. So that means another bed. It sure felt good to stretch out! It took awhile to get pillows and covers arranged. I usually go from my side, to my back and then to my other side throughout the night. Can't do that yet. I envy you folks that can find your spot, fall asleep and not move for 8 hours!
Everyone have a fantabulous day!!

Just a quick fly by for me today...I have so much to get caught up on as I have been in bed most all the time since Thursday. I am feeling a bit better today so I need to catch up some.
Wishing you all a really great day.
Prayers to those in need.
Love and hugs to all...connie d
