Morning Crew! How goes your boat?
Seems like those of us on this vessel are doing pretty well. Accountability really does help, even if it's just for you to SEE what you're eating. It takes it from mindless to mindful, and that's what it's all about!
I've dropped my calories to 1200 (from 1440) since my return from NO, and have almost gotten back to where I was before our weekend of fun and frivolity. Being busy has it's perks, as it has helped me to cut out some snacks and it's doing the trick. One more pound and I'm good to go.
Yesterday:
bagel thin with WW cream cheese, 2 thin slices bacon and 2 slices of deli turkey
1/2 enchilada, beets
beef brisket, couple tbs beans, couple tbs coleslaw
applesauce w/ LF granola and SF FF cool whip
lattes, protein coffee and 80 oz water

You spoke too soon about us doing well. At least me. OK yesterday till I went to my sister-in-law's for dinner. I had a very small piece of lasagne and a meatball and a small piece of bread. Then cookies and chips found their way into my mouth. And peanuts. Too many of each.
I'm back on the barge and trying to get dried off.
Today is a brand new day.
Weight loss last week (which all in all was a pretty good week).....3.2 lbs. I'll take it. 5 more weeks. 7.8 lbs. to go.
