OT........Childhood Cancer Awareness Month

Today starts Childhood Cancer Awareness Month!!

Please wear a GOLD ribbon in support of all the children dealing with this horrible disease!!

Most all of you know my grandson and Nan's granddaughter are in this group of children.

Say a few prayers, send good vibes, swing chickens...what ever just please honor these children!!

I've got my gold ribbon....now I gotta find my gold headband to wear too.
Nic is in my daily prayers. I didn't know Nan's granddaughter had cancer, she is now in my prayers also. I missed that one. I just love kids.
I will celebrate their lives with joy.

Thank you Debbie. Morgan is almost 8. She was diagnosed at 3, at stage 4 neroblastoma. The same as Nic. She went into a clinical trial at Sloan Kettering in NY & is now in remission. Her next check up is this month some time so your prayers are appreciated.

Years ago when I was a nursing Tech. on Youth Center, I would take all the kids with cancer. The RN's were so jealous of me cuz I was their comfort person. But I told them someone had to pass meds and poke them plus they made much more money that I.
