Morning Crew..... so nice to see some new faces here on our little ship!

As I thought, I was super busy yesterday and didn't have much time to eat, which means what I did get to eat had to count! Another day just like it today, at least I'm getting in my protein and water. When I was off on Monday I baked some boneless, skinless chicken thighs and took a couple with me to work. Between clients I'd grab a hunk and munch on it. Not the most delicate, well mannered, Southern Lady eating, but WTH? Gotta do what you gotta do.

bagel thin w/ WW cr cheese and 98% lean ham
1/2 greek yogurt w/ 1/2 carton cottage cheese
taco soup
chicken thigh
taco soup
protein coffee

There you go. How about your plate???

Up an at 'em early today. 32 oz of water down which is a good start. That means looking for a potty every hour too.

Already ate, watered my flowers and fed the chipmunks. After work I'll check on my aunt then head to the gym. My tummy is getting rock hard (under the skin at least). Each week I increase reps, not so much adding to the weights though. Slow and steady.

B - cottage cheese, berries, Kashi
L - romaine & deli ham
S - apple & pb
D - green beans & chicken

Annette,

I know you are so basic in your eating every day.  I was just thinking.... instead of :

B - cottage cheese, berries, Kashi
L - romaine & deli ham
S - apple & pb
D - green beans & chicken

Why don't you try:

Kashi, cottage cheese and berries
Deli ham on romaine
Peanut butter w/sliced apples
GRILLED chicken w/steamed green beans

Janet -

Are you suggesting that my meals need to be rattled a bit?? Tongue OutFunny thing is that although most foods agree with me, many once favorites taste gross now. Aromas & textures make me gag.

I don't mind the repetition. Makes cooking easier. I still cook a variety for Tom but include what appeals to me.

And to think I poke fun at my daughter for having OCD.

kisses

I did well yesterday, day one of my carb detox.

B--scarmbled eggs w cheese
S--raw, unsalted Brazil nuts
L--beef log and swiss cheese with sweet, hot mustard; celery and carrot sticks; garlice stuffed olives
S--low-carb frozen cappachino
D--Red Lobster's New England Sampler platter (appetizer plate w clams, scallops, and stuffed mushrooms)

There was carrot cake and mint candies at work and I didn't eat ANY! WooHoo!

Also had first official yoga lesson. Apparently the yoga I've been doing on the Wii fit is "yoga lite." Ouch!
