Hi all!
Yesterday was better, but I've decided that going back to work and being too busy to eat will be VERY good for me...LOL!
The caramel chocolates that were a gift from a client are gone. Keeping them in the freezer only slowed me down, so now they're gone. I didn't by any snack crackers yesterday, lots of fruit and yogurt, though. I'm up 2 lbs from pre- NOLA, and my thought is to just say what the hell, they'll take that much off, and more, when I have my plastics the end of Sept. BAD ATTITUDE SUSAN!!!!!!
I did have a snack before going to the grocery store yesterday, and went through the salad bar for a box of greenies to go, so it wasn't a really bad day.
So? How about you?
Yesterday:
greek yogurt w/ lf granola and a few walnuts
1/2 PB&J on double fiber bread
salad w/ chicken, hard boiled egg, shredded cheese, LF vinegrette
taco soup, baked carb balance tortilla chips
watermelon
oh yeah, three (the last) caramel chocolates

B: 1 piece of oatmeal toast with 2 eggs and 2 T. Sausage gravy (ok, hubby made breakfast)
S: honey crisp apple (found some at the Farmer's market, they came in early)
L: sizzeling salad with beef and all the nice fresh veggies and yep, I'm having real dressing today

Today begins my carb detox! It takes me three days to get the carb cravings out of my system and then it gets easier. I CAN do it. I WILL do it.
Also today, the first of a series of private yoga lessons that my partner and I are doing together. I'll let you know later how that goes!
