Morning one and all!

We had a wonderful weekend in New Orleans, but as the saying goes " ask me no questions, I'll tell you no lies"...lol

Let me just say I ate things I've never had before, and I'm certainly glad we weren't there any longer than we were!

This week I'll be back on track, starting this morning with yogurt  and cottage cheese. The fridge is empty, so that's perfect. When I go to the store I can start from scratch and get back on track. My four year surgiversary is in a couple of weeks, so I want to be in a good place when I see my surgeon for my check up.

Hope you all did well while I was gone. I missed you!

Morning Susan -- I blew it over the weekend too....back to basics today.

B - carbmaster yogurt/south beach protein bar
L - 1/2 turkey sand. on double fibre ww bread
      cucumber and 1/2 cup fresh peach
D - Turkey taco salad
       Cantalope

S - cheese stick

Gotta get rid of the graham crackers AGAIN -- just can't leave them alone -- so good with a smear of PB on them!

Hi Susan and Pat and fellow crew mates...Sigh...always fighting and staying a float for us. But we can do it and with syle right? Yep!

B: sandwich wrap made with eggs, bacon, fresh mushrooms, cheese, onions, tomatoes (only ate half of it)
S: cherries
L: chili
S: apple
D: salad with beef and all those fresh veggies
S: celery with PB

Good morning Susan....my eating was messed up pretty much the whole time Kyleigh and Gracie were here. I sent all the junk food back with them....no more of that!!

B-Breakfast Burrito (McDonald's) on the way to take the girls home...I ate it and immediately dummped...it was an awful time....glad the rest area was only 2 miles away at that point!!

L-protein bar- still feeling yuck

D-small chef salad.....couldn't fini**** still tummy problems!!

Snacks- none....went to bed!!

What was it with the burrito....the tortilla, maybe? I just discovered them on the way to NOLA, $1 and pretty tasty.

Susan...yes, it had to be the tortilla as I don't eat bread....obviously not a good choice for me...miserable the rest of the day!

Not much!! Five day pouch test for me. Need to get myself reminded what a servic size is & how good it feels just to be satisfied.

I got back on the treadmill today and did 21 minutes (on my way back up to 30 minutes.)

I had a nice, low-carb breakfast of bacon and more bacon, but then I got to work and there were donuts left, dang it! I can resist anything but temptation. I had two donuts, followed by a low-carb lunch of roasted chicken and veggies, followed by some peppermint candy.

The goodies are left over from an open house. Most will disappear today and then tomorrow is another day. I'll do better then.
