Good morning one and all, how's your boat sailing?

Yesterday was busy, but I managed to get some food in along the way. Today might be a different story, but I'm sure I will MORE than make up for it with four days in New Orleans....lol


cantaloupe w/ cottage cheese, mini bagel
leftover Mongolian grill
greek yogurt w/ lf granola and walnuts
leftover french dip soup

gee....quite the international day, huh?

Yesterday....

Coffee

a plum
4 oz pkg of pastrami and had 4 pieces of pepperidge farm thin slice
4 slices of swiss cheese
three spoonfuls of cheddar soup w/smoked ham
vegetable salad w/cheese
a SMALL chocolate chip cookie and about 2 oz of Dreyer's fat free yogurt ice cream

Today?  I've got some plums left.  No clue about anything else... I need to plan better.  I'll be home for a few days.. maybe I'll get creative.

Hello Captian and crew mates! I'm rowing and keeping a float!

B: 1/2 toast with sausage gravy and 1 egg
S: cherries
34 oz flavored water, all ready had 24 oz coffee to wake me up this morning then more water...
L: either beef stew or chili in the cafe' depends on what looks better
S: 1 Wacco cracker with 1 T. PB
D: Probably Taco salad
S: V-8 or Atkins shake if I'm hungry or more cherries.

Hi Susan and everyone.

Sorry I haven't posted in awhile, have been pretty busy.

I was off of my diet for about a week and just now got serious about getting back on it.  I believe it was emotional and stress eating.  Guess sometimes that never goes away no matter what.

Yesterday wasn't too bad, today is going to be better.

Coffee

Banana
S- food bar
L- cottage cheese and pinapple
S- none
D- 1/4 rice and sausage and veggies over it.  Delicious
S- pretzels... ugh, I have to throw them out
