Rowing, sailing, and just paddling along. What's on your plate?
HI all,
Off to get ready for work, but wanted to pop in and get this boat sailing along. Yesterday was interesting to say the least, so here we go....
cantaloupe w/ cottage cheese, mini bagel
cherries and a banana
stir fry w/ veggies and beef, and some rice noodles ( will have leftovers for lunch today)
wheat thins. Hopefully that box will empty itself out before I do!
all my water, not enough protein, all my supplements.
