HI all,

Off to get ready for work, but wanted to pop in and get this boat sailing along. Yesterday was interesting to say the least, so here we go....

cantaloupe w/ cottage cheese, mini bagel
cherries and a banana
stir fry w/ veggies and beef, and some rice noodles ( will have leftovers for lunch today)
wheat thins. Hopefully that box will empty itself out before I do!


all my water, not enough protein, all my supplements.

Hi Susan...here goes my menu for the day...

B: eggs and sausage mixed together in a tomato wrap
S: cherries
L: Soup, hearty cheeseburger chowder
S: Wacco cracker with 1 T. PB
D: Chicken and cottage cheese
S: V-8 or an Atkins shake (most likely the V-8!!)

I've been keeping the Atkins shakes in the fridge at work.....just in case. Really helps!

L-small chef salad
S-cantaloupe
D-hamburger pattie and pickles
S-chicken
