Good Monday Morning.......
Good morning and HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO JOYCE AND JAN! Hope it's a great, great day for both of you!
I've been a slug for a day and a half, and it's felt wonderful. I actually slept until a bit after 7:00 yesterday and today, which is a far cry from 4;30-5:00. Then, I even took a nap yesterday! Laid around finishing one book and started another. Gee....can't remember when I've done that!
I do have to work tonight (usually we're closed Mondays) to get folks in before my very long and exciting weekend in New Orleans, but Gary's working late tonight, too, so no biggie.
Okay, off to start the other thread. Hope you're all having a great start to your week. See ya

Happy happy birthday Joyce and Jan H!!!
I have a doctor's appointment today but then afterwards the day is mine! The check engine light came on in the car so that'll need to be investigated. Last time that happened, we needed a new oxygen sensor light. Stupid computer. :P
Speaking of computers, mine seems to be fine so it was the wireless transmitter. I really thought my computer was possessed for a while there!

I am doing fine. Was so lazy yesterday and stayed home and pretty much did nothing....it was great! I watched the Vikings LOSE and the Twins WIN!!
Back to work for me...crazy Mondays....UGH!!

Hi Carla and my OFF family:
I'm off today and tomorrow also. It's my weeked. I'm really tired today too ... didn't sleep well again. Got up in the middle of the night coughing again ... don't know why and I'm tired of sucking on cough drops to get back to sleep. As I was driving home last night, I started hacking up phlegm ... I think it's the excessive humidity here. If I had insurance, I'd go find an asthma/allergy specialist, but won't have insurance for another month. So I guess I'll just wait.
So no big plans for my weekend ... just hanging around the apartment, unpacking, doing laundry, watching baseball, the usual. I have to run out for a few things but don't plan anything big.
Last week was a bear at work ... last night was going fine until my page with the scoreboard and all the agate (tiny type) crashed and when I called it back up, none of my finished work was on it, and I had to re-create it. Very labor intensive right at the end of the evening. Amazingly, I still got done on time, even with a late story.
