Here we go---sailing this boat together! Recipes today
Hi all!
Another great day in Susanland. Eating on track, water and supplements accounted for, great day at work, life is good!
Here is a crock pot chicken recipe that I want to try. It's different that you let the seasoned chicken rest in your fridge overnight so the seasonings really soak in. The nutritional info is out of whack as the author said a 5 lb chicken would serve 4!!!! Yikes! I think this is a good Sunday recipe that can be used for lots of leftover ideas during the work week.

Yesterday's food:
bkfst burrito
applesauce w/ cottage cheese
PB&J on double fiber bread
greek yogurt w/ granola and walnuts
1/2 stuffed chicken breast, 1/2 sweetpotato, green beans
SF jello snack w/ Free Cool whip
Okay, off to get ready for the day. You all and a great one!

Sailing can be easy but quite difficult especially against the win. . . I think my boat had several leaks in it the past few months. Fixed them last week and for right now they are holding. I don't want it to be hard either but quess that's life. Jacki, you are coming with "life" without your favorite drug. Sounds like you're doing your best. That's all you can do.

Susan, Here lurking. Actually doing really well foodwise. Not willing to write it down; probably never will be tho I know it's a great way to keep track of things. I am finding that my kitchen timer is a great tool to make sure I drink at least 6 times a day. I set it 30 min before and 30 min after meals and I almost NEVER miss a meal so that gets quite a lot of my total in! The pouch test worked really well for me this time. It certainly affirmed that my pouch still works when I follow the "liquids" rule. I get between 4-6 ounces in and that's it. The nose starts running and that is my clue!
