Yesterday:

4 slices flat iron steak
1 Taco Bell Steak Cantina Taco with only one of the two corn tortillas.  Check them out, they're good
fiber bar
french dip soup

hmmmm, not such a great day when I look at it.

Take care everyone. Gotta get it moving, going in early today!

Yesterday - water - not enough

It was a rough day. I basically was in bed or bathroom all day and night. I look ship wrecked and feel it too. It is too soon to tell but I may stick to very bland today. Jello & water for starters.

Ahoy Susan....here I am....got side tracked yesterday and never did get on here!!

B-High Protein Drink
S-nectarine
L- small chef salad
D-steak w/ mushrooms and onions
S-6 cheese curls...UGH....yogurt

protein coffee 2 cups
2 tbls. chicken salad with fat free mayo
protein powder with 8 oz skim milk
2 oz steak
all my water
and my big no, no for the day was a mushroom, swiss angus wrap but without the tortilla, i had them wrap it in lettuce.  It was really good.
