What's New- It's Friday!
Good afternoon Julia and everyone....
Yesterday was not one of my best days...never did get to OFF. I had to fire someone...it wasn't good. Then I had to run around to place a couple other gals in agencies. Then...all that paperwork involved...yuck....didn't think the day would ever end! To top that off there was the Facebook issues....I changed my password so I hope that helps. Ran some scans and such too.
Not doing a lot better today...time is just flying by and I don't feel like I have accomplished much!!
I need to go to the grocery store and start stocking up on things. Gracie, Amanda and maybe Lucas (grandchildren) will be coming for a visit for a few days next week. I hope I can get caught up on my rest by Wednesday!!

Hope you get some answers, Julia. Back pain can be tricky ... I live with it daily (as well as the knee pain). Yesterday it was also neck pain ... the night from hell aggravated it. I won't go into details. I just want to forget it. I was actually pretty mellow afterward. I guess the antidepressants help ... they keep me from blowing up. I missed deadline by 10 minutes, but considering what went on, that wasn't bad. I hustled my butt ... didn't even go to the bathroom for three hours or get my water bottle. But that was yesterday ... and yesterday's gone.
Today was payday, so I'm on here late. Went to the credit union, got money, went to the old credit union, officially closed my account (told the teller who opened my account why ... she was so surprised ... she was so rude to me when I was opening it, now she's so nice?); then to Walgreens for some stuff, then to the grocery store, then home ... lunch, online to buy a baby shower gift for my niece-in-law and nephew in Dallas. Talked to Carla while I was doing that, then realized I needed to get to work, so I had to hustle up and get dressed. Now I'm here and there's nothing to do yet. So I thought I'd check in.
Well, eventually I'll get something to do. Paid off my editor who loaned me money to pay my first month's rent, so I feel good about that. Talk to y'all later.

Hi Julia and all my OFF friends,
I got my B-12 shot today. I have to pack tonight for three days in Cape Cod. I need to sew my dress too. The one I bought is slit up the sides practically to my hip. So I'm going to sew it up. It needs some hemming too. It's about 2 inches above my ankles. So I'd like to make it just below my knee. I have to check my stockings too and make sure I have an unrunned pair. And of course, pack hubby. He doesn't fold. LOL.
Love the haircut I got yesterday and my nails came out nice too. Now I just have to remember to wear gloves if I decide to clean something.
I think we are having Chinese for dinner.
