Can anyone recommend a good tattoo artist?

 That darn pouch test did really help me. I was just getting a bit worse and worse about the bad carbs. I also was drinking a small glass of milk with my meals. Lo and behold when I cut out all drinking with meals or too closely before or after guess what? I got full and stayed full longer!  Why oh why do I have to continually relearn this lesson?

Mike and I have really cut back on refined carbs. Cooking brown, natural rice. I cook a lot, put it in 3/4 serving sizes and freeze it in zip loc bags. Just right for us. I have a small spoonful Mike has the rest with veggies, meat, stir fry veggies.

I still salivate thinking about your flax toast! Hang in there. Ten lbs is ten lbs but it's not the end of the world and it will come off. I have to get back to my exercising. Kind of let it slide this summer with babies, traveling, etc.

OMG-i'm at work so i can't spew coffee on my screen!!! but i would if i were home!

yesterday; i ate mini carrots before lunch then a peach and a hard boiled egg and some cottage cheese - and whoa the foamies got me faster than i can type! all that after i ate the whole cottage cheese (24 oz) carton last week! so-my pouch still works........

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.
