Rowing, sailing, and just paddling along. What's on your plate?

Morning Crew!

My boat is just floating, the wind knocked the sails down yesterday. I went out to lunch with a friend and order something that looked good, but it was too heavy and rich. I'll try the leftovers for lunch at work today. Someone brought LF Fig Newtons in and they were far too tempting and I caved. Ate more of them than I care to admit to!

crustless calzone, 1/2 mini bagel
goulash beef stew
applesauce w/ cottage cheese
salad w/ chicken, egg, cheese and a small slice of ciabatta
SF Popsicle

Have a great day everyone!

2.5 hours at the gym yesterday - tired!! I came home and saw that Tom's foot looked like a giant  eggplant and the leg was swollen too. Neither felt like going out to a restaurant. He ate frozen pizza and I had left over chicken and broccoli.

I only got up a few minutes ago and have no thoughts for food yet. It is good that most meals are a repeat of the day before.

The sails may have been temporarily knocked down Susan. We'll help you right this craft. Heave ho

Kisses

His uric acid level is within the normal range so his PCP is sending him to Syracue for an MRI and to see a specialist. At this point we haven't a clue what is happening. He's one hurting puppy and is on crutches today.
