Morning crew!

Working hard and working hard at trying to get my meals in. Yesterday was a disaster (at least for me) and I don't have anyone to blame but myself!  I need to force myself to say NO to lunch time appointments, and try to figure out how to get snacks in. By the time I left work it was too close to dinner time, so having a snack then was pointless, so I just drank another bottle of water. At least I can get that in....lol

cottage cheese/applesauce
salad w/ chicken, turkey ham, cheese
greek yogurt w/ LF granola
ceviche w/ baked tortilla chips

watermelon

It seems that not very long ago, we NEVER missed a meal. Hungry

Hi Everyone

Yesterday was a disaster for me too.  It started out good, but depression made me snack. When will I ever learn!
