Later that evening, first time I tried a little cereal. All we had in the house was captain crunch. I tried a little and I don't even care for that cereal and guess what? It came back up right away. Guess that is the last time, I try something like that.
Peace
I am on my way. What a ride it has been.

I hve been absent for quite awhile. Went back to the gym today. Getting together with a personal trainer hoping to get focused. I don't have a clue what I am eating today. I had Oatnut bread toast and a banana for breakfast as I rushed out the door to get to the fitness center.
I am aiming for low fat protein and non starchy veggies for today and maybe one protein drink.
I think those of us who post here regularly find that we do better when we post the food from the day before. Try as I might I hardly ever eat exactly what I plan, usually because work/time gets in the way.
Glad you're hitting the gym. Wish I could get motivated to do it too.
See ya around!
Susan
B - cottage cheese, berries, Kashi
L - deli ham, 1/2 cucumber, green beans
D - sirloin & green beans
S - apple and maybe a teensy dab of pb
Although my menu is boring to most folks, I enjoy reading the variety you all prepare.
Kisses
Annette
O' My word, I have been trying for months to join in with my sisters. The computer, or maybe my brain couldn't figure out just what was not working. Would you believe all I had to do was change the HTML Editor from #1 to # 2, and I am back.
Hi you all , I sure have missed you. I'm moving right along, more good days then the other.
The water in out large local lake has warmed up, we'll be taking our Kayaks out for a spin shortly, can't wait to go a-sailing.
We had a 4th. of July Chili Cook off in our neighborhood. We had so much fun. Swimming, talking, games for all. My Honey Man won first place for best chili. He is a retired Fireman and makes Flaming Hot Chili.
I t is so nice to be back. Talk to you later.
