Looks like I need to lose body fat and some weight. Posted the details on the daily thread. About the only place I can figure how to reduce fat consumption is the 2 tbsp of peanut butter I eat each day. Everything else is either no fat or low fat.
When I asked if my excess skin factors into the equation, the tester said :no, but this is all computerized and scientific and correct.
So .... here we go again and try to lose weight. Crap !!!!!
