AGHHHH,
Started the post and it disappeared. Dang!  Maybe it's the board's way of saying I was too wordy?

cottage cheese / cantaloupe
PB&J
cheese cubes

Nearly all vegan fest!  Just a taste of everything;

Indian spinach salad w/ apples, peanuts, raisins with a lemon vinegrette
spicy Indian potatoes
Green curry chicken
spinach vindaloo
basmati rice
naan bread
lentil hummus
blackberry cobbler w/ coconut milk vanilla ice cream (OMG good!)

Everything was so flavorful that all it took was a taste.

Great evening!  Today it's leftover salad and water.

Susan,
I really thought my boat was sinking till I went to the drs. and found that my weight has really gone down..not up !!!

Do you find that some days you just can't seem to eat enough? and others you have to fight to get the food in????  Yesterday was a shaky day...I couldn't seem to get in enough to make me feel good.  Today..I don't want to eat at all..

  but I did get in...
protein shake poured over my cereal
   crackers and cheese
protein bar and a few Organic bunny graham crackers
salad with chicken and marinated beans
V8 juice and cheese stick (then I had to eat 4 saltine crackers)
   graham crackers with peanut butter
3 strips bacon and bowl of cereal with ff half n half
   cheese and crackers
  Like I said...today is a different story...

Susan,

Your creative cooking skills are outstanding. I haven't cooked a 'real' meal all week.

My menu is the same as always, just can't get it all down. I'm pushing the water and taking my supplements - that's good enough for now.

I used to turn to food during times of stress. Now it is the opposite. Guess that's okay periodically.
