B- CAT Scan contrast.....LOL
S- Oatmeal and 1/2 apple
L- Tuna and salad with some kind of fruit
S- Protein drink, PB on wasa 1/2 apple
D- Egg white omelet packed with veggies and slice of whole wheat toast

Hi Susan, sorry I have been MIA. It seems like you start the post after I leave for the day. Again, I have to leave but have a late start.
Truly, I have been pretty good on my eating. Yesterday I went off a little when we went on an Island here called Put-n-Bay. Had a few chips. I know it is a no no, but couldn't resist.
Yesterday-
Coffee
B- nothing- not good
L-Half of sandwich with turkey and protein bread.
D- Sausage, tomatoe and cottage cheese
S- protein bread and peanut butter.

D-chicken and green beans
S- cantaloupe and 2 OREOS!!!!!!!!!!!!
I will be glad when I am living alone again and NO junk food in the house!!!! Just too tempting to have around.
